Licensed Medical Massage Therapist

I am a Full-time Massage Therapist based in Denver, Colorado. I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 8.5 years, graduating from an Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am a licensed medical massage therapist and Arvigo Practitioner that specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, Ashiatsu, maya abdominal massage, sports massage, and prenatal. I incorporate detailed massage techniques working with the deeper connective layers of the muscle tissue along with integrating joint mobilization techniques and stretching to increase Range of Motion and posture correction. Along with using a range of modalities like - cupping, gua sha, hot stones, caster oil heat packs, and aromatherapy.  I have a unique approach of addressing not just the symptoms of pain, but other parts of the body that may be a direct correlation to what’s causing that pain. Diving deeper, I also take into account the lifestyle of the individual, mind, body and trauma to create a unique plan to restore the wellbeing of each client. My intuitive personality and deeply rooted desire to help others generates an immense amount of confidence in what I do as a massage therapist.
